ARCCO RS / ES Series Developer Toolkits for Bridgelux LED Arrays have arrived!

ARCCO Design Services introduces the highly anticipated RS and ES series developer toolkits for Bridgelux LED array technologies.

These highly versatile kits facilitate a wide variety of users; from the novice experimenter to advanced light engine developers - allowing them to explore the full potential of Bridgelux LED array technologies.

Toolkits feature premium ARCCO components - including reflectors, drivers, and the new thermal management system. These provide the ideal testing platform for configuring and evaluating potential designs - allowing users to conduct thermal studies and to plan for efficient cooling design throughout the development process. Also includes ES or RS series Bridgelux LED arrays, and Sil-Pad-A-1500 electrically insulating thermally conductive elastomeric pads to assist in dissipating excess heat.

Specifically designed for use with the revolutionary new Bridgelux LED Array Lighting Technologies, ARCCO is launching a series of reflectors and drivers optimized for maximum design versatility and quality.

Our reflectors feature a software-optimized conic profile combined with precision facets to provide a very balanced and even light spread.  These have been shown in laboratory tests to enhance the subject lumen output from Bridgelux LED Arrays in excess of 300%

We've optimized the reflector base to accommodate press-fit, screw-mount or heat-stake PCB / Heat-Sink mounting - allowing designers the flexibility they need to incorporate our products into the next generation of LED lighting.

Our line of LED Array drivers has been meticulously engineered for maximum versatility and hassle-free development. All units employ numerous safety considerations and have been highly optimized for minimal EMI and RFI radiation output. The Bridgelux family of LED Array products deliver high performance, compact, and cost effective solid-state lighting solutions to serve the general lighting market. These products combine the higher efficiency, lifetime, and reliability benefits of LEDs with the light output levels of many conventional lighting sources.

Product options are tailored to match light output levels of conventional light sources, delivering between 260 and 3500 lumens under application conditions in cool, neutral and warm white colors. In order to satisfy system design requirements, the Bridgelux LED Arrays are specified to deliver these values hot, or under assumed typical use conditions, eliminating the need of incorportating additional sources to account for thermal degredation.

Various configurations are available allowing the product to be optimized on efficacy, CRI, light output, cost, or a combination of these attributes. These high lumen output integrated sources reduce system design complexity, enabling miniaturized cost-effective lamp and luminaire designs. Typical applications include task, accent, spot, track, down light, wide area and security lighting.
